There is a large water fountain at the center of this city square. The water fall has a center spout that has arches of water coming out from the center in all directions. There are water spouts all along the outside perimeter of the circle fountain. These spouts have arches of water pointing in. There is an area to walk around the water fountain. In the back we see two large ornate looking buildings and they are all lit up at nighttime. They are almost glowing gold with the dark blue sky behind them.
